How can I Track My Order?

What Payment Methods are available?

We accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal.

Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal account?

Yes, when making a payment select the PayPal option and pay as a guest. You will still need to use a valid credit/debit card to make the payment.

I was unable to use my credit card?

We validate the credit card and billing information provided against the information your card company has on file for you. If there is a problem an error message will display in the shopping cart to help instruct you. You may need to scroll down if you are using a mobile phone to see the message provided by your bank. The error message instructs you on what to correct.

You may also submit the order with the information you provided for us to review the order further. If your order cannot be submitted, please call or email us through the Contact Us section so we can assist you with your order. A declined card is a declined card. You may submit the order, but we cannot process the order and will not ship it.

Why am I having problems using my credit card on blockbikes.com

Blockbikes.com uses a credit card processing service that verifies your billing address, and other information such as the security code found on the back of your card. If the billing address you provide does not match the address your credit card bill is mailed to, your order will encounter an error. The same applies if you type the wrong CVV number from the back of your card or do not have it. It is required to checkout.

Are tires sold in single or in pairs?

All tires are sold as singles and not in pairs.
